The following terms and conditions apply to all bookings for Ardgour House, Keil View House and Allt An Ailein House.

Booking Terms

​

• Booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

• Where balance of rental has been paid and you wish to cancel, we will attempt to relet. If successful, we will refund the balance (less deposit). 

• If unsuccessful, we will refund 15% of full rental, which is based on our variable costs. 

• We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

• By taking entry to the house, you agree to leave by the stated time of 10am on the date of departure. 

• By taking entry to the house you agree to leave the house in a  clean and tidy condition and pay for damage caused.

• Maximum occupancy at any time is 22 people for Ardgour House, if this condition is breached you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.  

• We do not accept single sex parties, hen or stag parties, if this condition is breached you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.  

• Bookings for weddings or large events are only be prior agreement, if this condition is breached you will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
